Ultamation are pleased to make available our enhanced integration module for ekey (www.ekey.net) finger print biometrics systems.
This provides a number of benefits over other modules available in the market:
- Support for the extended Home and Multi protocols.
- Provides a reason code for each access attempt (e.g. access granted, not recognised, user locked out, etc.)
- Tells you when an exit button used
- Provides the name and serial number of the scanner used
- Provides the user's ID, name and status (normal, locked, undefined)
- Tells you the finger used for access
The ekey system doesn't even have to be used to release a door lock - using the Ultamation module, the ekey finger print readers can be used to instruct your control system to trigger any logic you choose. You could limit access to certain elements of your system to bar guests or children or have you office automatically configured to your personal preference as you come into work.
The module is licenced on a per program basis.
