Our popular Sky Q IP control module has been re-written to be compatible with Crestron's Certified Driver framework. This means now the benefits of IP control of the Sky Q set-top box is now available for Crestron's hugely popular Crestron Home (Pyng) platform.
Benefits include:
- No IR bud (no IR purchase, it can't fall off, spill IR to other boxes, and no installation)
- Feature to automatically select a specific channel when you start up (box specific)
- Feature to automatically exit the menu screen on start-up - saving pointless button presses
The module has been tested with both Crestron Home (OS3) and the, now legacy, Pyng (OS2).
Not only that, the CCD framework means that the same module is also compatible with other Crestron platforms such as AV Framework, SIMPL (using the CCD wrappers), and Crestron Studio.

Please note: This module is compatible with Crestron's 3- and 4-Series processors only.
Please note: This module has been developed and tested against UK Sky Q Main and Mini boxes. We recommend downloading the example program and using the free trail period, to ensure it works with any Sky equipment from outside the UK.

A licence is required PER PROCESSOR and each licence is linked to information provided at the time of purchase. Please take great care in entering this information, as once purchased, we cannot provide refunds for changes to the processor serial number or data entry errors.
EVALUATION:
The example program download includes the module files and datasheet.
The module can be downloaded without making a purchase, and will function for ONE hour without a valid licence key. Once the hour has elapsed, the module will cease to control the Sky Q boxes. We strongly recommend that you test the module in trial mode against your target environment to ensure correct functionality prior to purchasing.
