Another Crestron Certified Driver from Ultamation for use with Crestron Home on 4-series processors
The module controls the display output of Dahua NVRs so that you can display and view cameras via your video distribution system in Crestron Home and can be configured in Crestron Home with just a few clicks.
The module provides the functionality to select a single camera to display using the keypad, or display a preset gri layout or cameras. Please refer to the download documents below for more details of supported functionality and installation instructions.
The package can be installed without a licence key for evaluation (works for 1 hour after each reboot).
IMPORTANT: COMPATIBILITY
We are not able to test this driver with every Dahua NVR, so we STRONGLY suggest you confirm successful operation BEFORE making a purchase. Differences in model, firmware and series can all impact on the operation of the various API calls required for successful control.
The module uses DIGEST authentication which most recent Dahua NVRs use by default.
However, you may find that the module also works with non-Dahua products as Dahua OEM their platform for many other security system providers. For example; we have received reports that the module successfully controls the IC Realtime NVR 7000K, so we recommend that you check the link below for a list of potential products that this module may work with.
