NOTE: While standard Neohub stats continue to work perfectly; this module is NOT compatible with the latest Heatmiser NeoStat WiFi stats. We have spoken to Heatmiser about integration options and they have informed us that there is currently no integration for the WiFi models. We will continue to review this.
This product bridges (literally) the gap between Crestron Home and selected heating systems. This allows for 2-way integration with heating and cooling systems that would otherwise not be compatible with Crestron Home.
NOTE: This module is NOT compatible with the latest Heatmiser Neo WiFi stats. We are currently looking into this integration.
NOTE: This product requires a SECONDARY (non Crestron Home) processor in addition to the Crestron Home main processor. Any 3- or 4-series custom processor is suitable OTHER THAN the MC3 and VC-4 is NOT supported. Crestron Home/Pyng processors are NOT suitable.
THIS IS FOR UP TO 32 ZONES (The maximum supported by Crestron Home). We offer a more economical version for up to 8 zones but - please note - there is no upgrade path).
We currently support the following:
- Heatmiser Neo - Heating Only
- CoolmasterNet - Cooling Only
- Zentium by Polar Bear Design - Heating and Cooling
TROUBLESHOOTING NOTE: Please be aware that Heatmiser may disable the control protocol which leads to the module failing to communicate. The resolve this, please open the Heatmiser Mobile App, go into settings and re-enable "Legacy API". All should now work as normal.
Note: The product complies with the UK Building regulations L2a which state "The provision of the service should respond to the requirements of the space it serves. If both heating and cooling are provided, they should be controlled so as not to operate simultaneously;"
This is a SOFTWARE only product, and requires a Crestron processor to run. You MUST enter the serial number of the processor at the time of purchase. It cannot be run on the same processor as the Crestron Home processor.
